Blood Pressure Toolkit - Health Education & Tracking App
The Problem
Hypertension is a growing health issue in Australia. When a patient is diagnosed with blood pressure issues, there is no cohesive resources to educate, plan and manage their health in an easy-to-access way.
The Solution
The Blood Pressure Toolkit interprets advanced health research for a broad demographic of users to better understand their health, track and calculate their average blood pressure and download useful resources. All information can be shared directly with their health professional and care team.
The demographic ranges from 16 to 99 years, therefore the desktop and app versions had to allow for ease-of-use with clear and concise pathways for each user journey.
